I have struggled with anxiety for many years. The last year it has been particularly bad. I went for a free consultation and was pleasantly surprised at what David could offer. Hypnotherapy was brilliant! David created a calm and relaxing environment and I felt a huge sense of relief afterwards! My anxiety has improved vastly and I can not recommend or thank him enough!

I dont know what i expected from hypnotherapy only that i felt incredibly nervous and anxious about it. However David was a kind and empathetic listener, he was patient and has made a tangible difference in how I view myself. I left after one session feeling lighter and unburdened, with practical mechanisms to carry with me. I cannot thank David enough. If you feel you need to speak to someone and are feeling anxious about opening up or scared about being judged or what it may reveal to yourself, David offers no judgement and only wants to help. Please let him.

David is an incredible person, he was so kind and encouraging, his positivity is so infectious and he instantly puts you at ease. I went into hypnotherapy with an open mind and it's changed my life in such a short space of time, it's amazing and I cannot recommend David enough.

Anxiety has gone..... Yes that's right gone!! Amazing hypnotherapy session. Very relaxing and calming. Lovely location and David is very warm in his approach and understanding.  Sleeping better, just feeling much better.

David is professional and gentle, did a fantastic job at making me comfortable and able to engage with the sessions. I am over the moon at the release of anxiety and other concerns and looking forward to seeing what else we can do within our sessions. I will be recommending him as a therapist to my friends ♥️

I had my first past life regression hypnosis. David has a reassuring and professional approach. The regression was fascinating and the places, names and details I recalled correlated with follow up research. The experience was enlightening. I fully recommend.
