These relaxation sessions are all about relaxing deeply. Part of the hypnotherapy process is to relax the client using relaxation methods very similar to a Hypnotic Trance. Be aware that you will be in control at all times, and as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am only interested in the well being of the client and not entertainment, so you will not be asked to do something you do not want to do. This is simply all about Relaxing and nothing more.

£60 per session - Lasts between 30mins and 1 hour

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy can be used to relax and induce meditation. A delicious way to relax and unwind.

Listen to the Bowls and the Gong and relax. This is a personal 1 to 1 Therapy session normally, but 2 people maximum is also available. (friends and family only)

£45 per session - Lasts between 45mins and 1 hour

£30 per person for a maximum of 2 people. (bring a friend or involve the family or loved one)
