I have struggled with my weight for a few years and really started to dislike myself because if it. I have tried everything but every diet I started lasted only a few days because of my craving for sugary and fatty foods. I booked in for the 3 weightloss sessions of hypnotherapy and after only the first session all the food "noise" in my head was switched off. I now only crave healthy foods! I no longer fancy cakes or any junk at all. After 3 sessions, over 3 weeks, I have lost half a stone...
