So what is Hypnotherapy and how can it help me?
So for my clients, they attend a Consultation with me to enable the client to chat about any issues they are struggling with. It also allows them to ask questions which is really important. This helps me formulate a plan in dealing with the issue for the client. What I write is

The Hypnotherapy I deliver is effective generally for 1 session to be able to resolve each issue. Very rarely would the client need to come back a 2nd time for the issue. However, everyone is different and if they feel they need reinforcement, then I am willing and happy to do that for them.
